 Rules for Posting
The Time for Prints Board is a venue to
match up models who desire prints as their form of compensation for their time,
rather than a cash payment, with photographers and other professionals . It is
also a forum where you may post for your availability to model, introduce
experienced and aspiring models and display some of your images. We request
your images be kept under 50k, which will allow faster viewing, and we are no
longer allowing ANY midi, wav, or any other sound files. This is due to the
bandwidth requirements of our new server. If these change in the future we will
re-address this issue.
- All posts must have a valid
email address. Photographers, agencies and those other than models
must post with a paid ISP e-mail address (i.e., hotmail.com, email.com,
rocketmail.com & other free e-mail services are not
acceptable).
- Models are strongly encouraged to include a photograph,
even a snapshot of themselves, whenever they post.
- Photographers, and other professionals, are required to
either include a sample of their work or a link to their online
portfolio.
- Models including a photograph should credit the
Photographer, and Photographers should identify the Model. In a situation
where the image is not of a model, such as a portrait, credit is not
necessary.
- Texas agency posts MUST include their Texas License number.
Agencies in other states are welcome but, MUST indicate the state where your
agency is based. Agencies from other states must also provide verifiable
clients either in their post or on their website.
- Your post should reflect the attitude, language and
conduct that you use when presenting your portfolio to a client, an agency or
as if in your own studio. Posts that are inflammatory to an individual,
organization, or any group as well as posts that contain profanity, derogatory
phrases, terms or names will be removed. When expressing your opinion, please
allow others to express theirs without taking offense. However, spirited
debates are allowed but, will not be allowed to develop into shouting matches.
Offenders will be asked to quit posting on the forum. If the request is
ignored, that individual will have their access to posting on this board
removed permanently.
- Nudity warnings MUST be
indicated in the subject line on ALL posts when applicable, or the post will be
removed. If the pose of the model suggests nudity and you had to be there
to know otherwise, this rule still applies.
- Posts that portray minors in a
provocative or inappropriate manner will be deleted.
- Posts that link to "Adult" web sites, promote adult
content websites, or are pornographic in nature will be removed. This forum
is for all ages, and adult (as opposed to figure) work has no place here.
However, we do recognize that some servers will not allow nude images and there
ARE free adult servers who will. Therefore, the only exception to this rule
will be if your CONTENT is considered figure or art, and we will not hold the
adult banners required by these free servers against you.
- Posts that advertise for "Adult" or "Pornographic" type
assignments will be deleted.
NOTE: All posts that contain dead links or
with embedded pictures that will not load are subject to
deletion.
ALL RULES are subject to interpretation and
enforcement at the sole discretion of the Webmaster or Administrators in
accordance with these guidelines. Violations are subject to removal without
comment. The Webmaster/Administrators may change these Rules, Code of Conduct
and Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Please check them from time
to time to be sure you are in compliance. |
